Returns and Exchanges
CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL:
NORTHDECO will accept returns of products (except those contained in the Outlet category) that are unused, in perfect condition, clean, if possible with their original packaging and with minimal signs of assembly, for this reason the credit or exchange will not be made until we receive the goods at our facilities. If upon receipt of the package does not meet these conditions the return will not be accepted.
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
If for any reason this period is not possible, it is necessary to notify us when placing the order so that we can approve different conditions. Once the period of 14 calendar days has expired, Northdeco will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of products, such withdrawal will only be accepted when the product has not been tampered with or have serious symptoms of assembly / use that can generate a depreciation of the value of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us: JOSKORTEX S.L., email@example.com your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example an email).
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
Special or customized orders are not entitled and are excluded from return and withdrawal except for reasons of manufacturing defects. Special or customized orders shall be deemed to include the following clause:
- Special orders are considered to be the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the customer/user clearly personalized, by email or by telephone, whose specifications are different from the products, colors or characteristics usually worked in stock in our web catalog.
We accept all returns that meet these requirements:
- You may request a return within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in the same packaging conditions with which it was delivered and in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with no signs of assembly or use, this implies that the seal of the product must not have been tampered with in any way, including manuals, accessories and warranty documents. In addition, the items must arrive at NORTHDECO protected and properly packaged to avoid deterioration during the return transport.
- It must be properly packaged to avoid damage or deterioration during the return transport. In case of non-compliance, the return will not be accepted or the amount of the estimated damage may be subtracted from the credit note. The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. It is estimated that this cost could amount to amounts between 0€ to 500€ depending on the volume and weight of the product and the transport agency you choose.
- In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, (with the exception of the additional costs of express transport resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the material in our facilities.
- Once we receive the item and check that its condition is correct, we will refund the amount with the same system you used to pay, subtracting the amounts mentioned above and crediting the outstanding differential. In case NORTHDECO decides to accept, by customer request, to manage the return of the product with the transport agency, the customer will be previously informed of the costs and amounts that will be paid to the customer.
- If at the time the customer receives a product is broken or defective, NORTHDECO reserves the right to decide to refund the amount paid or replace it with a new one in perfect condition.
- In the event that the defect appears later, the case will be studied according to the rules of Warranty and Returns and will follow the steps it stipulates.
- We do not accept exchanges and/or returns of products purchased in the Outlet category.
Important information: Once you receive your order, remember to keep the box for 14 days to be able to proceed with exchanges and/or returns. If the packaging shows damages, you must notify it on the transport company's delivery note. This is essential to manage the subsequent claim in case of breakage.
In case the requirements are not met or any type of damage/defect/use is observed in the product, Northdeco maintains the right not to accept the return or to subtract from the credit the amount of the estimated damage together with the shipping costs.

It is essential to notify NORTHDECO before returning any product so that there are no problems during processing and that our team can control the receipt of the material and inform you of the address for the return of the product.
Products purchased through Northdeco (www.northdecoshop.com) have a 2-year warranty period from the time of delivery.
This guarantee covers possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown produced during said period. *
Northdeco is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or assembly, modification or alteration of the product by the customer. As well as the use, handling and/or obvious signs of improper treatment.
How to make a return to technical support
It is important that technical support returns are fully packaged and protected, with no labels in the original packaging. If the product arrives at the Northdeco factory damaged due to insufficient packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered under warranty. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a large enough shipping box with a sufficient amount of protective material below, above and around the product (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.). This will prevent any movement of the product inside the package.
The products exempt from guarantee are those belonging to the Outlet category or products in liquidation.

Suspension of Warranty
* The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drop or misuse by the customer or any unauthorized person. Likewise, it does not cover wear and tear due to use, as well as breakage caused by poor assembly, handling or improper storage.
Northdeco reserves the right to examine each product returned by independent experts, releasing the guarantee if the competent authority can prove that the breakage was caused by the customer.
