We do not create custom products. However, we can manufacture special colors as long as the customer requests a high MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of units.

Door-to-door shipping does not include delivery to the residence.

The transportation agency will make up to two delivery attempts and will notify you via email about the delivery date of your order, as well as any absence or issues with the delivery. In the event that the package cannot be delivered after these two attempts, it will be returned to Northdeco facilities. Once we receive the package back, we will notify you via email. The return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, incidents and refunds

If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, you must report it within a maximum of 14 days from receipt by sending an email to info@northdeco.com. To process the incident, you will need to attach photographs and/or videos showing the product's defects. We also need you to attach pictures of the packaging to assess its condition.
It is essential to keep the original boxes to process the incident; otherwise, we won't be able to proceed.

We accept returns of our products (withdrawal from the purchase) as long as 14 days have not passed since the product was received and the product is in the same condition as it was delivered.
To process a return, the product should not have been assembled. Additionally, you must keep the instructions, accessories (nuts, bolts, and keys), and original packaging. A full refund of your order amount will be made, except for the return costs, which will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received, Northdeco will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount."
